Stormy Seas at Seacombe Cliff

In: News
I arrived the day before to check out this amazing part of the coastline and was met with 40 mph gusting winds and occasional rain showers, but constant sea spray making it difficult to work in. I decided to return for sunrise in the hope of less stormy conditions. The wind was less but the waves were more intense and a higher tied meant that the rocky ledges down below were not safe, as occasionally a bank of waves would break right over the ledges up to the cliff walls and easy to get caught out. I watched from a sheltered location above, but still had to work against the spray. I could feel the awsome power of the waves hitting the cliff face and ledges below me, and an exilarating experience.
