Fishing by Moonlight on Pulpit Rock

November 2012 - This was taken nearly an hour after sunset whilst the sky still had mainly blue tones. A six minute exposure was needed to record tones in the rock and a separate exposure was taken to record the moon and merged together in photoshop. The fisherman on top have movement blur due to the long exposure, but remained seated most of the time chatting and waiting for a bite and were illuminated by their head torches which was ideal. They did catch some fish so well worth the climb, but not sure I'd fancy the climb down in total darkness.
